A concert package allows you to buy tickets to multiple concerts in one go, to unlock savings and subscriber perks. The more concerts you pre-book, the more you save.
You can Create Your Own package or choose one of our popular concert series packages.
Packages are easy to book, flexible and completely customisable.
Buying a concert package allows you to access subscriber benefits and to save 5%-20% on tickets.

- Receive a 15% subscriber discount on all additional tickets to concerts within our Federation Concert Hall, 6pm, Brass and Music at Woolmers Series
- Get priority access to events and special offers
- If you cannot make a concert, exchange your tickets for another with no exchange fees
- Keep the same seats from year to year (Federation Concert Hall 12 Package* only)
Package discounts range from 5% with a Create Your Own package of 3 concerts, to 20% with a Federation Concert Hall 12 Package*.
*Federation Concert Hall 12 package holders also receive a complimentary 12-month subscription to TSO on Demand.

Our series-based concert packages are available right up until the first concert of the series for the year (our Federation Concert Hall Series usually starts in March).
Create Your Own packages can be booked at any time throughout the year. Simply bundle 3 or more concerts to access savings of 5%-15%.
If you’re a TSO package holder and cannot make one of the concerts in your package, you can exchange your tickets for another event with no exchange fees, or simply pass your ticket/s onto someone else.
To request an exchange, email boxoffice@tso.com.au or call us on 1800 001 190 (10am – 4pm Monday to Friday).
Please make exchange requests at least 48 hours before the performance.
You can pay for your concert package by booking online, by visiting our Box Office or calling us on 1800 001 190 (10am – 4pm Monday to Friday).
When booking online or with the Box Office, you can choose to pay by instalments.
Our instalment plan allows you to pay 20% upfront, and the rest is split into four equal monthly payments.
No extra fees apply if you choose to pay by instalment.
Concert packages are not refundable.
However, package holders are entitled to fee-free exchanges if they cannot attend some or all concerts in their packages.
If an event included in a package is cancelled or rescheduled, package holders are entitled to a refund or credit for that event.

At the time of booking you can choose to receive your tickets by email, Australia Post delivery or to collect them from the Box Office.
Mobile tickets, which you can add to the digital wallet on your smartphone, are sent by email 7 days prior to each performance.
If collecting your tickets from the Box Office on the night of a performance, we suggest you get there early to avoid the rush (we open 2 hours prior to each concert in Federation Concert Hall and at least 1 hour prior to concerts in other venues).
