Parking
Free covered and open-air parking is available in the Wrest Point carpark, but this fills quickly on concert nights. Limited free street parking is available in surrounding residential streets.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park.
Public transport
Catch a bus from Franklin Square in the city to Sandy Bay and get off at the stop next to Wrest Point.
Travelling from Launceston?
Kinetic (Redline) runs at least two daily bus services between Launceston and Hobart. Book online, or call 1300 360 000.
Hobart hotels often have a discount for Tasmanian guests. When booking for a stay or dinner, remember to mention that you’re attending the TSO.
Many of our neighbouring venues are happy to offer something special for our concert goers.
Wheelchair accessible
Level access entrances and lifts are available, as well as accessible toilets.
Our concerts are held in the Tasman Room, which is wheelchair accessible.

Accessible parking & arrival
There is a turning circle driveway area at the main entrance to Wrest Point allowing for easy drop-off and pick-up.
Lifts are available inside the main entrance to take you up to the Tasman Room level, where our concerts are held.
If driving, we recommend parking in level 1 of the on-site carpark and using the wheelchair-friendly bridge from the carpark to the venue.
