Parking
Paid parking is available under the Federation Concert Hall in the Hotel Grand Chancellor parking lot off Macquarie Street, and paid street parking can be found on surrounding streets.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time to park.
Public transport
Catch a bus into the city – Macquarie Street and Franklin Square are popular stops – and head towards the waterfront.

Travelling from Launceston?
Kinetic (Redline) runs at least two daily bus services between Launceston and Hobart. Book online, or call 1300 360 000.
Hobart hotels often have a discount for Tasmanian guests. When booking for a stay or dinner, remember to mention that you’re attending the TSO.

Wheelchair accessible
The Hotel Grand Chancellor and TSO Studio are wheelchair accessible, with accessible entry and bathrooms available.
Accessible seating
The TSO Studio has an open plan layout with plenty of room for wheelchairs and other mobility aids. Please contact the Box Office so we can arrange seating to best suit your needs.

Accessible Arrival
Located on the Davey Street entrance, the Hotel Grand Chancellor valet turning circle provides an accessible drop-off option for cars to stop and unload passengers, right outside the Concert Hall.
Please note that there is no lift access to the hotel lobby from the underground parking.
