TSO launches Feel More Guarantee

The Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra has launched a world-first offer – a Feel More Guarantee.

It’s a bold yet simple promise: if an audience member feels nothing during a concert, the TSO will give them their money back.

‘The orchestra is for everyone, and that’s what the Feel More Guarantee is all about,’ TSO CEO Caroline Sharpen says.

‘It’s a playful concept, but we are completely serious about our money back guarantee. It gives everyone the opportunity to experience their orchestra, with the knowledge that they’ll get a refund if they truly don’t feel anything.’

TSO Brand Manager Frances Darcey says the guarantee offers first-time concert goers a low risk way to try something new.

‘We believe that what people are craving right now are emotional and escapist experiences. Algorithms and AI don’t always cut it. Real and raw emotion can be found in human created experiences, like the orchestra,’ Frances says.
