Exciting website changes coming soon

We’re about to launch changes to the TSO website making it easier and faster to buy concert tickets online.

As well as a more streamlined purchasing experience, we’re introducing a secure password-free login process for customers and, most excitingly, mobile tickets that you can add to your digital wallet.

The changes come into effect on 21 May 2026.

What’s changing?

Mobile Tickets

When you buy tickets, from 21 May you’ll have the option of selecting Mobile Tickets as your delivery method.

Mobile Tickets are emailed to you 7 days prior to the concert and you can add them to your smartphone wallet so they’re easily accessible for scanning by our ushers.

Print-at-Home (Pdf) tickets will no longer be an option, but you are very welcome to print the email with your Mobile Tickets, and this will work exactly the same way.

Just remember, your Mobile Tickets will not arrive in your inbox until 7 days before the concert. If you book within 7 days of a concert, you’ll receive your tickets straight away.

As always, you can still select Box Office collection or delivery by Australia Post if you prefer printed tickets.

Secure password-free login

Gone are the days of having to remember your TSO account password!

Our secure password-free login process means that from 21 May you can just enter your email address and a secure login link will land directly in your inbox.

Streamlined ticket buying

You may notice some changes to the look and feel of our ticketing pages when you click Book Now for an upcoming concert.

We’ve listened to customer feedback and made improvements that make it simpler, easier and faster to select your seats and buy your concert tickets.

I’m a TSO customer, what do I need to do?

Nothing! Just jump online and buy your tickets as you would normally.
