Overview

TSO and Grain of the Silos have joined forces to present an intimate dinner where locally sourced, carefully curated food meets live orchestral music.

Guest Principal Oboe Rachel Bullen has curated a special program to match Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker’s crafted menu that shows off the best of Tasmanian produce and talent.

Each course arrives in its own moment, matched with wines from sommelier Calvin Ling and scored by the TSO ensemble.
