The TSO will reunite with iconic American singer-songwriter, composer and pianist Ben Folds as part of his national orchestral tour.
On Saturday 6 February, the much-loved musician (and honorary Australian) will reimagine his beloved songbook with the TSO, performing with the orchestra for the first time since 2014.

The one-night-only show is the first concert or the TSO’s 2027 season and will showcase Folds’ remarkable symphonic chemistry honed over two decades of performing with the world's greatest orchestras.
Folds’ national tour will also see him playing with Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne symphony orchestras.

Ben Folds is an Emmy-nominated singer-songwriter who has created an enormous body of genre-bending music that includes pop albums with Ben Folds Five, multiple solo albums, a holiday album, and numerous collaborative records.
He currently tours as a pop artist, while also performing with some of the world’s greatest symphony orchestras.
