ANAM Concerto Competition

Friday 8 Nov 2024 7:30pm
Federation Concert Hall, nipaluna / Hobart

Conducted by Eivind Aadland.

This is it! The finalists of the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) Concerto Competition perform with the TSO, with the winner announced on the night. The culmination of a series of competitive rounds, these students get the rare and exciting privilege of performing with a professional orchestra – and this is your chance to hear and see the level of energy and commitment it takes to succeed.

We won’t know who will be performing or their repertoire until closer to the date, but we can promise you a night of superb music-making from the nation’s finest young musicians.

This is a free concert, but tickets are still required. Don’t miss your chance to see the musicians of the future in this inspirational event.

The ANAM Concerto Competition is a partnership between the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and the Australian National Academy of Music, and is generously supported by Lady Potter, AC.
