This professional development session will take you through successful rehearsal techniques and pacing for your school or community choir.

Conducting Bootcamp with Gary Wain

Training details:
Join the TSO’s full-day conducting bootcamp with musician, composer and conductor Gary Wain.
Our principal percussionist, Gary is an accomplished conductor and musician. He regularly conducts our family concerts as well as ensembles including Hobart Chamber Orchestra.
Topics will include:
- Refine your fundamentals
- Find confidence in your conducting
- Problem solving on the podium
- Communicating musical ideas
Perfect for: Music educators and ensemble leaders.
Full day: This is a 6 hour professional development training. Morning tea will be provided; please bring your own lunch.
