Why do we seek your bequest?
While we receive valued funding support from the Tasmanian and Australian Governments, we also need a continuous program of fundraising in order to secure our long-term future. The work of the TSO Foundation Trust is not directed at the short-term, immediate needs of the orchestra. Instead, the Trust looks further ahead into the future, towards meeting the orchestra’s medium to long-term financial needs.
How will we acknowledge your generosity?
When you leave a gift to the TSO in your Will, you will be acknowledged on the TSO Donor Board, website, and in-house publications at the levels indicated below. The value of the bequest is linked to benefits at half the value of a gift in the present to enable you to enjoy recognition and involvement during your lifetime. These include entry into the Sculthorpe Society and an invitation to join the Conductor’s Circle.
