A new look Development team for 2025

This year, the Development team has some exciting changes taking place which will support TSO as we strive to achieve our 2030 strategic goals.

All familiar faces remain with Sarah Morrisby as Director of Development, and Cath Adams as Development Manager. Susie Harrison will be stepping into a new role as Major Gifts Officer, with the sole focus on securing larger gifts to support the exciting projects TSO manages and performs. She will still be at Development events and concerts, along with the rest of the team, just in a new capacity!

Susie moving on to the new role creates an opening for a new Development Assistant in the team. We look forward to introducing the newest member when they start in a few weeks’ time, so be sure to say hello if you see them at an upcoming TSO event.

It is an exciting time for the Development team. All members are looking forward to working together to deliver a rewarding Patrons and Friends program for all TSO donors and to support all the exceptional activities TSO offers its community.
