TSO Foundation

Launched in 2008, the TSO Foundation is an endowment fund intended to guarantee the ongoing financial security of the TSO.

The TSO Foundation provides a significant capital base from which only a percentage of interest accrued can be spent in any year. The Foundation’s financial accountability is overseen by an independent Board of Directors. Why not leave something to the TSO in your will? The TSO Foundation gratefully receives donations and bequests.

Name a Seat

Have your name or the name of a loved one engraved on a seat in Hobart’s Federation Concert Hall through a one-off donation of $500.

TSO Honour Board

For all donations of $1,000 or more your name will be engraved in the TSO Foundation Honour Board designed and built by artist Tom Samek. The Honour Board will be placed in the foyer outside the entrance to Federation Concert Hall. If you choose to leave a gift in your will, all future bequests of $2,000 or more will be acknowledged on the Honour Board.
