Rising Star

If you are aged 19 years or under and would like to perform as a soloist with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, the Rising Star competition could be just for you! To be eligible as a Rising Star, your skills level should be at Grade 7 AMEB or equivalent. Should you wish to apply for this competition, you will be required to audition in person.

The Rising Star performance will take place in Federation Concert Hall, Hobart, during the TSO Family Classics concert Tell Me a Story on Thursday 20 September 2012. You will be required to audition at the TSO Studio, Hobart, on Monday 25 June. Applications close Monday 28 May.
