Terms and Conditions
An invoice will be sent to the bursar 4 weeks prior to each event and needs to be settled within 7 days. After invoice is settled no reduction to the number of tickets will be accepted. Additional tickets will be invoiced separately. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost will apply to any booking cancelled 3 weeks or less prior to the relevant event.
