TICKETS - CONDITIONS OF SALE
Please check tickets to ensure you are booked for the correct performance, date and time.
- Refunds will not be given except as provided for under the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing. Copies are available from the TSO Box Office on request.
- Exchanges can only be made for concerts in the same series.
- The management reserves the right to substitute or vary artists and/or programmes at its discretion.
- The right of admission is reserved.
- Latecomers will not be permitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.
- Children aged 5 and under will not be admitted to any concerts other than the B&E Symphony under the Stars, Family Classics Series, Educational and Christmas Concerts. Please check with Box Office Staff if you are unsure.
Processing of season ticket applications.
After 12 October 2007, seating will be allocated strictly in date order of receipt within each season ticket category. The categories are prioritised as follows:
- Renewing fixed package season ticket holders
- Renewing fixed package season ticket holders requesting seating changes
- New applicants for fixed package season ticket holders
- Renewing flexible package season ticekt holders
- New applicants for flexible packages
Requests for a seating change must be in writing and lodged with the subscription renewal form. Changes, where possible, will be done in strict date order of receipt.
Payment by cheque, money order or credit card must accompany your application or cash if your application is lodged in person at the TSO Box Office in Hobart.
Renewing fixed package season ticket holders will receive their series tickets by mid-December 2007. Other tickets will be posted from January 2008.
Flexible payment options
You can pay for your season tickets by credit card in five equal instalments. These deductions take place on the 15th day of every month connemcing in February 2008, and concluding in June 2008.
Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to take advantage of this option.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The following are the general terms and conditions applying to the purchase of tickets to TSO performances. By forwarding a season ticket application, it is understood that you have accepted the terms and conditions. If you acquire tickets on behalf of anyone else, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms on your behalf as well as agent for them.
There will be no refunds or exchanges except as outlined in these terms and conditions.
Any advertised ticket prices are valid until 31 December 2008.
TSO reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venues and seating arrangements.
TSO is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of a TSO performance being cancelled, postpones or changed.
You acknowledge you are responsible for your own safety and property, and the safety and property of any person accompanying you.
Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the venue's auditorium until there is a suitable break in performance.
