RANK AND FILE VIOLA
ONGOING POSITION

Salary starting from $50 693 (inclusive of superannuation and base allowances).

Audition dates: Wednesday 6 October and Thursday 7 October 2010 in Hobart.
Applications close: Wednesday 22 September 2010.

Audition Requirements: 1st movement of the Stamitz, Hoffmeister, Bartok OR Walton viola concerto (without cadenza), performed with piano accompaniment.
PLUS a contrasting piece of your own choice (without cadenza) performed with piano accompaniment. This can be a second choice from the pieces listed above.
PLUS orchestral excerpts, available from Wednesday 8 September 2010. Applicants must plan to be available for both whole days. Applications are open to international applicants.
